Return Policy
We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly in writing, by phoning our call centre or by an E-Mail of any defects. We will promptly and fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement goods, provided that you notify us within 7 days of delivery of the goods. This excludes the cost of any delivery charge if the goods have been successfully delivered. We will arrange with you for the goods to be returned to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation
You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until 17:00pm 2 working days before delivery (during the processing stage), Monday to Friday. You can do this by calling our Customer Services department on 44(0)7539705404.
You cannot cancel the order once the order status is changed to Awaiting Shipment and onwards.

1) United Kingdom (UK)
2) Europe (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Albania, Andorra and 45 other regions)
3) World Zone (French Southern Territories, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Laos, Macao, Singapore, United States (US), American Samoa, Australia and 14 other regions)
Our standard delivery cost:
1) UK – Standard Shipping (1kg / £5.80)
2) Europe – Standard Shipping (1kg / £8.95)
3) World Zone – Standard Shipping (1kg / £14.55)
