Food Lovers First Bio Product Terms and Conditions
1. Prices:
With the exception of goods referred to in clause 1.1(b), the price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the “checkout” button) subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable.
If you subsequently amend your order to add items, the prices charged will be those applicable to the new item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed.
Where a substitute item is offered in place of an item ordered, the price charged for that substitute item (if accepted) will be the price applicable at the time the item is substituted
1.1b:
Where items are ordered and sold individually by weight (such as certain fresh meat, poultry, fish, cheese or fruit and vegetables) the price of these items (expressed per kilogram or other appropriate unit of measurement) will be the price on the date that they are weighed.
Although we have an indicative weight guide on the website, this is merely to assist your planning and the price you will be charged is the price for the actual weight you receive.
In the event that there is a change in the price/kg between the time your order is made and the time the item is weighed and priced, the price you will be charged will be the price at the time the item is weighed.
When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider that the difference between the price charged and the price shown on the website is unacceptable.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
The price of the items does not include the Delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable. It will be displayed in the ‘Shipping Policy’ section of the website.
2. Availability:
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines, should selected lines be unavailable, unless you request us not to do so.
We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 Cases of water which would use up all of our stock, we may only deliver 5 Cases.
3. Acceptance:
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
4. Delivery:
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if: a. the driver has your permission and b. our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Please note that we deliver goods only to specified regions. To check that the online Grocery service delivers to your area, please check on the shipping policy page.

Water orders are subject to a maximum of 45 Litres per delivery. Water includes still water, sparkling water and flavoured water
Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Should you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.
Returns of non-perishable items:
We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly in writing, by phoning our call centre or by an E-Mail.
