What our order statuses mean
Payment received (paid) and order is being processed.
Order has been packaged and is awaiting shipment
Order has been shipped. You are about to receive the product.
Order fulfilled and complete. You have received your product.
Awaiting payment – order is placed, but you need to complete payment.
Payment failed or was declined (unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA)
Canceled by an admin or the customer.
Money has been refunded.
You will receive a tracking ID from our carrier when your order status is updated to “shipped”.
